Hi! I’m Rachel and welcome to A Dash of Laine! I get a lot of questions on how I came up with the name for my blog. Laine is my middle name and I wanted the blog to somehow tie in with food – so A Dash of Laine was born!

I am originally from Kansas and moved to Denver almost 8 years ago! I love exploring the city, especially the restaurant scene. I hope I can give you some insight on Denver restaurants, and local products I love!
